Mahindra BE 6 Owner Review

The Mahindra BE 6 Owner Review has been shared by Deepansh Arora on their YouTube channel. The first question that the host asks the owner, Mr Rohit, who has driven the EV for about 3500km are his reasons to pick this Mahindra EV. The owner reveals that the BE 6’s futuristic design, attractive road presence, the power it has on offer and the money it helps him save are the reasons he picked this electric car. The owner goes on to mention that he is in the business of Corporate Gifting which involves a lot of travelling and he had to spend a lot on fuel for his diesel-powered Toyota Innova Crysta. The BE 6 thus became a package which was fulfilling all his requirements.
The next question the host asks the owner is about other EVs he considered before finalising the BE 6. To this the owner revealed that he was mainly attracted to the BE 6, however he did consider the BYD Seal, but it did not fit his budget. Interestingly, the owner had also considered the Tata Curvv EV. However, he was not confident if he would be able to keep the Curvv for long because he did not like the design much.
Bumper Savings For The Owner

Next, the owner reveals the Mahindra BE 6 cost him somewhere between Rs 30 lakh to Rs 30.5 lakh. This is when the owner mentions that the BE 6 is helping him save a lot, approximately, Rs 21,000 to Rs 22,000 per month! This is the amount he is saving against the fuel money he used to spend on the Crysta.
What About Range & Performance?

On asking about the range, the owner reveals that his BE 6 is able to return him a real-world range of 500km to 550km. The owner does mention that he usually uses the EV in normal mode and hardly switches to the more sportier modes because he finds the power more than sufficient for his usage. In the owner’s words, the sports mode makes the BE 6 a “ROCKET”.
The Mahindra BE 6 owner then reveals that he has the 79kWh battery pack trim. Discussing an instance when he raced his 282bhp BE 6 with a tuned Skoda Superb Petrol, the owner proudly mentions that the Superb was left far behind and was nowhere to be seen.
Positives & Negatives According To Owner

The host then asks the Mahindra BE 6 owner about the positives and negatives of this EV. To this, the owner mentions that he loves the features, especially the ‘V8 Tribute’ which makes the EV roar like a supercar. He also likes the comfort of the car, thanks to the 19-inch tyres. The owner then mentions that he is a bit under-confident about the braking, given the high power. One more thing which he mentions is that the AC controls are in the screen itself which makes it impossible to adjust the temperature until the screen completely boots up. The Mahindra BE 6 owner also mentions in the video that the 2nd-row space is appreciated by his friends.

When asked about the headlight throw, the Mahindra BE 6 owner says that the throw is really good. He also mentions the Auto Booster headlamp feature of the Mahindra BE 6.
