Are you planning to buy a 7-seater? Well, currently in India, Maruti Ertiga & Mahindra Scorpio are two best selling 7-seaters. However, we often ignore India’s cheapest 7-seater, which also has better safety ratings than the best selling Ertiga! And now, the car will soon get an all new design in 2025! We are talking about the upcoming Renault Triber Facelift!
Renault Triber Facelift – Spy Shots

Currently, the Renault Triber is India’s most compact and affordable 7-seater. Although compact, the Triber is surprisingly a spacious car. That said, the design or the features seems never attractive to the buyers. And so, the brand is all set to give Triber a much needed facelift. There are new spy shots that have just surfaced on the internet. So what do they reveal? Let’s take a quick look at it.
Fortunately, we can confirm the Triber facelift launch is not too long from now. Unfortunately, the spy shots do not reveal much information as the test car is completely covered with camouflage. However, being a facelift, we can expect some key design changes compared to the current model. On the outside, the facelift model will sport redesigned front & rear bumpers, new headlamps & tail lamps, new alloy wheels and a new front grille. On the other hand, we can expect a new dashboard design & refreshed colour theme on the inside!
Renault Triber Facelift – What Else?

The feature list is also expected to be upgraded. We can expect a larger touchscreen system, improved audio system, better digital instrument cluster and more. The engine options will also remain the same. Today, the Renault Triber is offered with a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine (71bhp & 96Nm). However, it will be interesting to see if the brand offers a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine (99bhp & 152Nm). This engine is already available with the Renault Kiger.
What about launch? Well, it is highly expected that Renault Triber facelift will be launched before Diwali 2025. Pricing-wise, Renault will try to keep things right and might only give a hike of upto Rs 70,000. Currently, the Renault Triber is priced between Rs 7.22 lakh & Rs 10.49 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
